The skilled craftsmanship of our master bakers combined with the use of simple all-natural ingredients and the traditional process of slow fermentation give our breads their unique flavour characteristics. Artisano breads come fresh out of the oven intensely flavoured with a soft, porous interior crumb and a crispy caramelized crust.

FRESH FOR YOU
Each loaf of bread is baked fresh from scratch using our own original recipes so you won’t find our breads anywhere else. These include more than 25 original recipes and our exclusive assortment of sandwich breads such as focaccia, ciabatta and baguettes. All of our fresh-baked breads are displayed openly, market style, in each of our locations and are available for purchase daily.

THE BAKING PROCESS
Bright and early each morning, Artisano’s expert team of bakers skillfully handcraft more than 1000 individual loaves of bread. In true artisan-style, each loaf of bread is personally shaped and formed by hand. The team only works with small quantities throughout the baking process so they can maintain total control of the entire process – nothing is mass-produced and every aspect of the baking process is personally supervised by a qualified Artisano bakery.
